Had to attend to basic requests myself, such as transporting luggage without assistance and gathering supplies like towels from storage. Other guests reported similar frustrations regarding the air conditioning and room comfort.

Positive, The location is fantastic, just minutes from Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. My studio was newly renovated with a nice street view. The kitchenette was fully equipped. The reception area is trendy and cozy, perfect for hanging out with a book 👍

We had one of our best experiences ever in Paris! The kindness and smile from Phuong at reception. Plus, they really went out of their way for my mom's birthday! We loved the location, so close to all the best spots👌

Only downside was the noisy guests at times, but, you know, it is Paris after all!

the room was a bit chilly, but they fixed it with a heater which helped a lot. we loved the modern kitchenette and friendly staff who were super helpful. also, the gym was a nice touch for quick workouts.

Solo traveler with great views

The hotel was in a prime spot, just a few minutes from Opera Garnier and, made every morning special! The colorful reception area felt inviting and I often grabbed a book from their library to read in the cozy space down there.
